Results will be emailed no later than Friday, April 16th
CHOICE ROUND 3 FOR THE 2021-22 SCHOOL YEAR WILL OPEN FRIDAY, APRIL 16TH AT 5PM AND RUN THROUGH MID-SEPTEMBER.
If applying for Choice, you will not begin the enrollment process until Choice results are emailed.
You will be able to enroll at your Choice school via your approval email at that time.
Admissions to all schools for non-boundary students are managed by the Choice or Transfer processes (except for high school programs that are not school-wide like Horizon SOAR, Legacy 2000, Mountain Range Global Studies, Northglenn STEM and PTECH, and Thornton IB Diploma Program). In-district students interested in attending high school programs that are not school-wide should apply directly with the program. Out-of-district students wishing to attend high school programs that are not school-wide must apply with the program. All students in Adams 12 Five Star Schools are assigned to attend a specific school based upon the geographical attendance area of their residence. However, parents/guardians have other options based on a state law requiring open enrollment in all Colorado school districts when there is space available. If students wish to attend another school, they can apply through the district's Schools of Choice Program, apply for a school transfer (in-district students only).
The Choice status becomes null and void when a student withdraws from their Choice school. When this occurs, the student must return to their boundary school if they return to the district at a later time.
