More than 300 attend Highway 21 conference

Teachers learn how to integrate technology in the classroom

More than 300 Adams 12 Five Star Schools teachers gathered June 5 and 6 at Mountain Range High School for the fourth annual Highway 21 professional development conference.
At the two-day conference, educators learn how to use technology to enhance learning. The Instructional Technology and Library Services Department provides funding for the conference, allowing Five Star teachers to attend the conference for free.
The Adams 12 Five Star Education Foundation donated $10,000, enabling technology that supports learning at the Highway 21 conference to be given to attendees for use in their classrooms.
