Most student fees, BASE payments, and school meal payments can be made online through PayForIt. To make payments online, create an account with PayForIt and attach your student to that account. You’ll need a valid email address and your child’s student ID number, which can be obtained from school or your Infinite Campus account.

The online school meal payment service is not available at Northglenn High School, Thornton High School, Stargate, Westgate and Prospect Ridge.

Certain student fees may be waived or discounted if you qualify for Free or Reduced status. If you believe you qualify, visit the Free & Reduced Meals page for instructions on determining your eligibility, complete the Information Release Form and then pay your fees after eligibility is determined.

Payments may also be mailed to Financial Services. Make sure to include student name and household number or a copy of the consolidated bill.

I am having difficulty adding my student(s) to my PayForIt account. Where can I find the information necessary to add my student(s)?

The information required to add a student to your PayForIt account includes: school name, student first and last name, grade level and student ID number. This information must match the information in the Adams 12 Five Star Schools student information system, Infinite Campus. If you have an Infinite Campus portal account, you can login and view the information on file for your student(s). If you don’t have a portal account, you sign up for one today.

If you’re still unable to add a student, or would like help adding a student, contact any district school and they can help you get the information necessary to add a student.

I have paid for some fees, but they are still showing in PayForIt. Why do some fees not disappear after I pay them?

Optional fees are designed to allow families to choose whether or not they want to pay for them. These fees can also be paid multiple times and thus will remain visible in PayForIt, even after being paid. For example, a student might participate in multiple team sports making it necessary to purchase the athletic fee for each sport they participate in during the year. Parents can view the payments they have made using the Infinite Campus portal and can view all of the payments made in PayForIt using the Payment History.

Contact PayForIt phone support or use the "Contact Us" tab in PayForIt if you are having difficulties creating an account or navigating PayForIt. If you are unable to get your question answered you can always contact your student’s school for further help."
