Facilities Department

The Facilities Department is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, servicing and cleaning the school district’s facilities.  The Adams 12 facility portfolio includes 60 buildings with a total of 4.8 million square feet of space situated on 800 acres of land and valued at just over $1.0 Billion. Adams 12 employs a Life-Cycle Management model to assure that our facilities are contributing to the achievement of our mission and vision throughout their expected service life.  

Facilities serves the district through four sub-departments:
