Join us on August 12, 2017 for the Adams 12 Five Star Schools' "Back to School Bash"! Hosted by Student Engagement Initiatives, the bash provides needed resources to students in the Five Star District for the 2017-18 school year. Join us at the Five Star Stadium to find resources on immunizations, transportation and even free backpacks!

Tri-County Health Department Disclaimer
Tri-County Health Department will be offering all required and recommended immunizations for uninsured children and children with Medicaid, Cigna, or CHP+ insurance plans. Tri-County will bill Medicaid, Cigna, and CHP+ insurance for vaccines received. For uninsured students, Tri-County will accept donations in any amount or will waive the cost of vaccines if a donation cannot be made. Children with other private insurance should see their regular healthcare provider for required school immunizations. Vaccines are available for children ages 2 months-18 years. Please bring your immunization record if you have it.
Note: No food will be available at this event.
